Returns & refunds

We want you comfortable with your purchase. Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

14-day returns

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return your order.
• Return the unit unused and complete (all parts, hose, window kit and packaging) within 14 days of telling us.
• We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method once the unit arrives back and passes a basic check.

Faulty or damaged items

If your unit arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair under your 2-year guarantee at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
