These terms govern your purchase from Cold UK. By placing an order you agree to them. Replace the bracketed company details with your registered details before going live.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in GBP for UK visitors and EUR for eligible EU visitors, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take payment at the time of order via Revolut. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation.

The product

The Cold UK P1 Portable Air Conditioner is a single-hose compressor portable air conditioner. Cooling performance depends on room size, insulation, ceiling height and outdoor temperature; the room-size guidance on the product page reflects typical use. Published figures are manufacturer ratings under standard test conditions.

Delivery, returns & guarantee

Delivery is covered by our delivery policy, returns by our returns policy, both of which align with your UK statutory rights. Each unit carries a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from using the product other than as instructed.
